IN PERSON
All students may register in person at 594 Broadway, Suite
1002A, New York, NY 10012 (between Prince St. & Houston
St. in SoHo) during our office hours from 10:00 a.m. to
6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
BY MAIL OR FAX
Mail and fax registrations may be submitted at any time
and will be processed in the order which they are received.
Registrations received when the office is closed will be
processed the next working day. Please print out the above
REGISTRATION
FORM, carefully fill out the necessary information and
mail it to Power Image Workshop at
594 Broadway, Suite 1002A, New York,
NY 10012
or
fax it to 212-219-0487.
An email will be sent to you upon
the receipt of your registration form for confirmation or
a representative will phone you for any inquiries.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION
1. Find the course(s) you are interested
on our Course page to register and fill out the form with:
• Course title
• Starting Date of the course
• Tuition
2. Type or write clearly and make sure
you copy your credit card information
accurately. Mistakes may delay your registration.
3. Payment for tuition must accompany your registration.
Make your personal check
or money order payable to Power Image Workshop. Please
DO NOT send cash. If you’d like to charge the tuition
to your credit cards, be sure to enter its card number
and expiration date accurately on the form.
4. Application must be received by our office at least
one week prior to the first day of the course you register
for.
TERMS:
1. Student’s registration is non-transferable.
2. When class lays on any holidays, a make-up class will
be scheduled with instructors and students. No make-up
class will be granted due to student’s absence from
class.
3. Without instructor’s request and permission,
student’s personal projects* WILL NOT be allowed
in the classroom.
4. Any returned checks and delay on the installment payment
will be subject to a $35 processing fee.
5. A non-refundable $50 registration fee
will be charged at the time of registration and will be
included in the tuition.
* The completion of registration is
determined to mean the registered courses are still available
and the tuition is paid in full.
* Student’s personal projects mean those projects
are not assigned by the Workshop’s instructors.
